Here I restore an old butchers knife for a friend. This was made by the company J Tyzack and Son. Since that company changed names in 1942 this knife has to be made from before then.
It has clearly been sharpened many times and is quite thick at the edge so I needed to regrind the knife. But without going so high as to lose the logo. I did accidentally lose a little of it though.
I used Jarrah for the handle and brass for the pins.
