Changing the speed limiter is at the rider's own risk. Please check your local ebike laws to make sure you’re not breaking any laws. Ariel Rider/Arba International LLC is designing their ebikes to go at an optimal 20mph and is not liable for any damage that might occur due to high speeds. Components of the Grizzly are subject to higher wear when compared to bikes without power assistance. This is because Grizzly can travel at higher average speeds than regular cycles and has a greater weight. Higher wear is not a defect in the product and is not subject to warranty. Typical components affected are the tires, brake pads and rotors, suspension forks, spokes, wheels, and the battery pack.
