Helen and Elise tell their meningitis story in Meningitis Now's latest awareness Know the Symptoms campaign. The government funded campaign aimed to reach as many people as possible to get people thinking about meningitis, learning the signs and symptoms of the disease and helping the spread the message.

Elise suffered with meningitis when she was a baby. Fortunately, Elise doesn't seem to have suffered with any lasting after effects.
