Dr. Joe DeMarco, chiropractor and owner of OcraMed Health, demonstrates how to prevent chest injuries.

If you have been noticing restriction on one side while weight training, you may have a potential serious chest injury in your future. A possible pec tear or significant pec strain.

It is therefore very important to address this restriction immediately.

In today's video, I demonstrate a technique to restore normal chest mobility before it's too late.

There is two parts to this technique in order restore chest mobility. The first part is to warm up the involved muscles and get blood flowing threw the muscles.

The second part involves performing a contract relax stretching technique. Often referred to as a PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretch.

Give these techniques a try for a couple of weeks and let me know what you think in the comment section down below. I'd love to hear your feedback!
