While Silicon Valley companies continue to produce innovative new products, Level 10 continues to build the iconic structures in which they research and work. Our latest corporate campus--at the intersection of the Central Expressway and Wolfe Road in Sunnyvale—was recently called “one of the more innovative office projects ever built in Silicon Valley” by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. The campus consists of three curved concrete structures, as technically complex as they are architecturally dramatic. These conjoined buildings will later be wrapped in green screen and Kalzip at the podium levels and segmented glass at the office levels—all of which will surround a lush central quad. On the south-eastern side of the campus, Level 10 is also building a sleek amenities building and a 7-story parking structure wrapped in Kalzip, creating the feel of movement within the structure. The Level 10 team, in collaboration with our design partners, has provided valuable solutions to the project’s design and construction challenges, including planning and detailing for the complicated skin systems at the parking structure and penthouse rooftop enclosures. When complete, this stunning LEED Platinum campus will provide 882,857 sq. ft. of collaborative space for one of Silicon Valley’s largest technology giants.
