►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with clean dry nails and apply your base coat
-Use aqua as your base color
-(Optional) protect around your nails with latex or y our barrier of choice
-Once your base color is dry, apply both colors in a bullseye to the sponge, then dab several layers onto your nails
-Remove protection if used and clean up around the edges with a small brush dipped in acetone
-Finish with top coat!
