►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with clean, dry nails and apply your base coat
-Use blue as your base color
-(Optional) Protect around your nails with liquid latex or the barrier of your choice
-In your cup of water, create a bullseye using all 3 colors
-Use your orange stick to draw in your design with a light touch
-Carefully dip in your nail(s) then clear any excess polish from the surface of the water
-Slowly pull your finger(s) out and remove protection if used.
-Clean up around the edges with a small brush dipped in acetone
-Finish with top coat!
