Welcome to Bruce Lee's core focused supplementary training routine for Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. This is meant to be done in addition to his daily fitness program and other sequences.

Begin with leg raises, an essential exercise that strengthens the lower abdominals and hip flexors. Reverse curl, targeting the lower abdominals and obliques. The sit-up twist further engages the core, specifically the obliques, enhancing rotational power necessary for punches and kicks with a twist. The leverage bar twist, a unique exercise that develops rotational strength and endurance in the torso, offering improved power and flexibility for turning movements. Alternate leg raises continue the focus on the lower abdominals while also challenging coordination and balance. Conclude with the wrist roller, an exercise designed to build forearm strength.
