Every year in January I set goals for the coming year, but New Year’s Resolutions are a marathon, not a sprint. In order to ensure you’ll meet your goals by the end of the year, it’s important to set up “mile-markers”—quarterly and monthly goals—to ensure you stay the course throughout the year.
In this video I detail the exact goal-setting process I use to set annual goals and to break them down into tangible quarterly and monthly action steps.
