I Found out My Omega 3 is too high and Omega 6 too Low-HOW???

I got the rest of my function health test results back the other day. One of the markers was testing my omega 3 vs my omega 6. Almost everyone is waaay too high in rancid omega 6 and waaaay too low in healthy omega 3. I was the opposite. How the heck did this happen? Is too much of a good thing not good? Plus, we do need healthy omega 6 in our diet, so how do I correct this? I explain in my video here.
