Life Expectancy has gone down recently, cancer is becoming more common and happening at younger ages, and disease is on the rise. Why is this? Why can we be so advanced in all other areas, but not in health? Good question to ponder and also you can use some common sense about to help answer "WHY"
I mention a lot of reasons I believe this is happening, but forgot to mention in the video about ENVIRONMENTAL TOXINS and POLLUTANTS are also on the rise. These play a role as well. We cannot see these and cannot control this problem, but they get all of us, so even more important to be as healthy as possible in every other way that you can control.

It is important to get Cologuard screening or Colonoscopies, but we need to request the clean out drink to be changed to something that is not harmful to the gut. Directions before a colonoscopy:
At 8 p.m. the evening before your colonoscopy start drinking the Gatorade®/MiraLAX® solution. Drink one 8-ounce glass every 10 minutes until completed. You can continue to drink clear liquids until midnight. At 6 a.m. take 3 tablets of Dulcolax® laxative pill with water by mouth- POISON!
