In this video I have one of the best workouts of my life. This was mile repeats at 5k pace and fast 300 repeats. Before I started ED Recovery, I was never able to do a workout like this or even come close. I know that I haven't ran my PR's yet, but the last few weeks have made me believe in myself and my recovered body.
