2. A sturdy step ladder
3. A couple of vice grips
4. A set of appropriately-sized open-ended AND socket wrenches
5. A file
6. Tape measure
7. Oil can OR 3-in-1 oil
8. Light Spray Paint
9. Permanent Marker
