The bard is back! And of course he brought you some music too! Well, Covid struck me down a while ago and I played a lot of Assassins Creed Valhalla during my unwanted "vacation". The marvelous soundtrack left me with the idea to do some nordic stuff again. But I wasn't that much satisfied with my own drafts...

One day, I discovered a new channel on Instagram; @LadyMoonCries, Eva Holbrook, a magnificent mandolin player and singer. I was really amazed by her version of "The Blacksmith" by Andy Irvine but what really got me was "The Norseman" - a self written exercise for her octave mandolin. Eva recorded two additional parts and I fell in love with all of them. So I decided to write my own arrangement of this lovely tune in the "typical" NamelessBard-style and connecting them all together. ^.^
