Have you ever wondered, "How many shares of a stock should you buy?" In this video, I completely break down how many shares of a stock you should buy so it's easy to understand.

When you start investing, it can be hard to know exactly how many shares you should buy in a stock, but the answer is fairly simple.

First, you need to know how much money you want to put into the stock market. This number is different for everyone and if you're just starting, it probably won't be very much. This is perfectly okay.

Next, you need to estimate how many investments you want to have. This number can be very difficult to pin down, but it's important that everyone has a plan when they enter the stock market. Personally, I have about 15 because I've found this amount to be perfect for me.

The next step to answering the question, "How many shares should you buy in a stock?" is to divide the number of money you want to invest by the number of stocks you want to own. This way, you'll have an idea of how much money to put into each investment.

How many shares of the stock you buy will be determined by the price of the stock. At this point, using a brokerage with fractional shares like Robinhood is key. I talk in-depth about fractional shares in this video.
