I definitely kept things simple for this first attempt at a custom, inspired by the character Coraline. So, minimal carving for the faceup and nothing too fancy with the makeup.

Uni Posca paint marker extra fine (0.7mm)
Blank face plate (RBL mold)
Eye mechanism (with lashes already attached, pull strings, and pull rings)
Licca body
Wig with attached scalp (for RBL)
