This is Hilwayne Camp: a Muslim fundamentalist facility designed to transform young Somalians lawbreakers away from a life of crime to fight for Muslim fundamentalist forces during the Somali Civil War. As part of the "rehabilitation" process, attendants participate in communal prayer, exercise, and attend a series of lectures by key individuals such as Sheik Mailn Hashi.
