A number of people have been arrested by the Border Management Authority's border guards at Lebombo Border Gate with Mozambique.
The BMA says it has about 100 border guards at that borderline for the Easter weekend.
Meanwhile, Mpumalanga law enforcement authorities say they are ready for the traffic volumes on the road.
