This video is basically my own personal ranking list of my top 10 Byzantine empresses from my 10th best to #1 favorite. Please keep in mind that the info here is based on my OWN opinions. This video will discuss about who I think are the most interesting Byzantine empresses from the 4th to 15th centuries AD, therefore for this video, these empresses are included here not much for being great leaders but for having interesting stories which is basically how I will rank them here. True enough, the Byzantine Empire has had its fair share of powerful and interesting women wherein some even practically ran the empire themselves. Some of my choices here for some empresses may turn out to be very surprising to you viewers! This means that I will not spoil anything about who are my top 10 empresses by putting their names on a list below. Instead, you can guess which empresses are part of my top 10 list by looking at the illustrations found in the thumbnail!
