In this video, I wanted to explain how to calculate the proper extrusion length needed for your extruder on a 3D printer. This video explains all the formulas and steps needed to get your printer extruding the proper amount of filament. I work through an example on my custom 3D printer (M-Print-X) which uses three Bowden steppers and push filament through a single hot end. I also go through how to adjust the marlin firmware for these changes.
