This super bread is rightly named. It is so delicious, it smells, it is so crispy on the outside and so juicy inside! Who has tried it once, will bake it again and again. I promise you!

The bread is baked without yeast and without flour, it consists almost only of healthy nutritious grains and seeds.

If you can't tolerate nuts, you can replace them with something else or just leave them out. You don't need to reduce the water for this reason!

Ingredients:
150g oatmeal (100g steel cut, 50g rolled).
130 g sunflower seeds
100 g flax seeds (50% of them are ground)
60g chopped hazelnuts
20g pumpkin seeds (or more if desired)
20g chia seeds
20g psyllium husks
1 tsp salt
1 - 2 tbsp agave syrup (optional)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil (neutral in taste)
350ml warm water

Let the dough rise covered for at least 2 hours.

I baked the bread in a 25 cm baking pan. If your mold is longer and shorter, you may need to adjust the time and temperature slightly.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees celsius and 40 minutes at 200 degrees celsius.
If your bread is too dark (far the form is longer and the bread is flatter, then you simply turn down the 2nd baking cycle to 180 degrees celsius). Adjust the time and temperature to your bread.

VERY IMPORTANT: Before cutting, allow to cool completely, otherwise the bread will fall apart!
After cooling it is firm and juicy.
