Before the Level Lock + was released there was hope that the Level Lock Touch might receive a firmware update to enable Apple Home Key, but once the Plus was released, the prospects looked less likely. Level Inc. stated that the Plus was new hardware and software to enable Home Key to Apple standards. Fast forward to today and the Touch now has Home Key functionality with the latest firmware, but is it really? Let’s take a dive into exactly what’s going on with the Level Lock Touch and Home Key… maybe.
