I've got an important update about WIRE Summit. As this event has developed and evolved over the last few months, one thing happened that I didn't anticipate. The Conclave portion of WIRE is growing to be larger than I designed.

When I first envisioned it, I had the idea that there would only be wholesalers with deals, a business credit specialist, a hard money lender, and a title company there, thats it. But as more people caught wind of the Conclave, we now have a general contractor, a DSCR lender, a brokerage, a real estate attorney, plus more. But each of these new participants in the Conclave is a valuable resource for you to grow your real estate business so how could I turn them away? In other words, they make the event better.

How could I just allocate 2 hours for you to make the most of these connections at the conclave and sleep well at night? I couldn't, because 2 hours is NOT ENOUGH TIME.

After careful consideration, the entire WIRE Summit Planning team and I decided that WIRE SUMMIT 2023 must be 2 days and not just one, with the conclave having its own designated day. And so, in order to make WIRE Summit 2 days, we have to change the date from Nov 11 to Dec 9-10.

I really hope this isn't a problem for you, but it's extremely important to me that we make this event as valuable to you as possible.
