Dr. Imam Muhammad Ali Suliman memorized the Quran and completed his Islamic studies at Al Azhar University before going on to become an Assistant Professor at the university’s English department. He has worked as an Imam and Religious Advisor in USA and Canada for the last 13 years where he has served as an Interfaith Leader and a Campus Minister at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and as a part-time Imam in the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. He has also worked as an Imam, Teacher, and Religious and Youth Advisor in Mississauga and Great Toronto Area. He currently works as an Imam and Director of Religious Affairs at the Ottawa Muslim Association and is a member of the Canadian Council of Imams and Council of Imams of Ottawa-Gatineau.
