1 - does the LNP distribute around the body before or after it delivers its mRNA payload into a cell?
2 - if it first moves to a location and then delivers the payload, then is the early measure of the LNP distribution not a good proxy measure of where the vaccine was distributed in the body?
3 - This might explain why Malone, Bridle the EMA etc. are saying that we can use the LNP distribution to see where the vaccine was actually delivered in the body...
4 - if the vaccine does get delivered to an organ in the body, then presumably it will enter cells in that organ and produce (modified) spike proteins there - right?
5 - finally, how quickly does this mechanism operate? For the LNP to enter a cell and deliver a payload, and then to be removed from the cell and ultimately broken down.
