Why form multiple LLCs when you don’t need one in the first place? I know that LLCs are exotic and they give business owners social swag, but for those who are just starting, your resources are limited and you want to make sure that your money is being spent on things that will bring you profit.

LLCs do have their place and, if done right, you will arrive at a financial point where it makes sense to form one. But forming multiple LLCs right out the gate may not be the best decision to make as a solo entrepreneur.
