About Kate Galliett:

She has been a trainer and coach for 21 years.

Her first coaching job was in a gym in Northwest Indiana during college. Then on to a commercial gym (Lifetime Fitness) for a number of years, working as a trainer, an assistant manager, and department manager.

Kate also worked in a chiropractor’s office training studio, to become strong and mobile so that they would actually improve their well-being, instead of always having to come back to the office for treatment.

She started a wildly popular email newsletter in 2007 and began blogging in 2008.

She opened a gym in the suburbs of Chicago in 2011. The gym closed in 2015 so Kate could move to Utah.

Her first two books were published in 2022. Becoming Unbreakable: How To Build A Body You Love To Live In is the book that teaches you how to take care of your body for a lifetime. It’s the blueprint you should start with if you want to get fit for real life and make your body Unbreakable.
