Soak oatmeal in warm milk and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Add salt, black pepper, dried garlic, paprika, grated nutmeg, parsley and the soaked oatmeal to the ground chicken. Mix the mixture well. Divide the mixture into three parts. Place portion of the mixture in a square shape on a piece of parchment paper measuring 11.8" x 7.9" (30 cm x 20 cm). Place spinach leaves and a piece of cheese approximately 4.7" (12 cm) long and weighing about 30g on one edge of the mixture. Roll the cheese into the mixture to form a roll. You can sprinkle paprika on top if desired. Twist the edges of the parchment paper like candy wrappers. Place the rolls on a skillet. I used a skillet with a diameter of 9.45" (24 cm). Pour 5.75 fl oz (170 ml) of boiling water into it. Cook for 8 minutes on each side.
Oatmeal Warm milk

Ingredients for 3 rolls, 8.8 oz (250g) each:

• Ground Chicken – 1.3 lbs (600g)
• Cheese – 3.2 oz (90g)
• Oatmeal – 0.7 oz (20g)
• Milk – 1.35 fl oz (40g)
• Salt - 1 tsp
• Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
• Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
• Dried Garlic - 1 tsp
• Paprika - 1 tsp
• Parsley - 1 tbsp
• Spinach - 24 leaves

Salad

• Cherry tomatoes - 5 oz (150g)
• Arugula - 1.7 oz (50g)
• Black pepper - a pinch
• Olive oil - 1 fl oz (30ml)
• Balsamic cream - 2 tbsp

Slice the tomatoes into quarters. Add the tomatoes to the arugula. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add olive oil and toss. Drizzle with balsamic cream.
