I work on the walls of my off grid log cabin, repair snowshoes in my workshop, install a wood stove in my geodesic dome greenhouse and spend the night with my dog in the greenhouse in a winter storm. I'm back at the wilderness homestead after a month of working with my family on our collective path to self reliance, a reprioritizing of our lives after a difficult two years and an uncertain future.
