After the Tunisian revolution and the fall of the Ben Ali regime, the country is trying to restore its economy. The former dictator and his clan fled the country, leaving behind immense wealth.

We followed in the footsteps of the Ben Ali family, whose members now live in the four corners of the world. A clan which did not leave with empty pockets and which still has a more than comfortable lifestyle.

In Tunisia, magistrates are busy recovering looted property; a treasure estimated at several billion euros. The Tunisian authorities sometimes find themselves in grotesque situations. To maintain the clan's luxury cars, the government had to hire a professional driver. His job: to drive these overpriced cars that the state hopes to sell one day.
