Recipe:
apples 4 - 5pcs (large, hard varieties)
juice of half a lemon (2 tablespoons)
ON: eggs - 3pcs, flour - 120g; (for eggs 2pcs, flour - 100g)
salt - 1/4 tsp.
sugar 50 - 60g
vanilla sugar - 10g
lemon zest
milk -100 ml
melted butter - 25g
cinnamon - 1 tsp (optional)
baking powder - 1 tsp.
Cut the apples into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice (2 tablespoons lemon juice).
Add apples to the dough in portions, so that each slice is in the batter. The size of the form is 18 cm (the smaller the form, the higher the cake is).
Cover the form with parchment, grease with butter. Put apples and batter in portions. IMPORTANT! Lay the apple slices in layers! Align so that there are no voids.
Sprinkle with melted butter 10 - 20g.
Bake in a preheated oven 180 ° C for 60 minutes.
Allow to cool completely, sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional), cut into portions.
