The 2013 Specialized Allez has some great features for this year. First, the graphics are phenomenal. It looks like a $3000 bike, when it retails for just under $1000. The performance has also been greatly improved, as Specialized put more pressure on Shimano to provide higher quality parts for the same price.

The Allez is made from hydroformed aluminum, allowing unique tube shapes for strength and stiffness, as well as thinner, lighter tubes when desirable.

Specialized has used Shimano Total Integration to make it easier for you to shift and brake from the handlebars. They've also improved the design of the saddle for increased comfort.
