Is this the biggest tilt bucket bracket you have ever seen!? This is off a 90 tonne Hitachi ZX890 excavator and it is not common to see a tilt bucket on a machine this size. We’ve got a few repairs to do, the main pivot position is worn out and needs line boring. We also need to repair two of the pin spacers and line bore the tilt bucket pin position. To do all of that we need to do some air carbon arc gouging and we complete the assembly of our new Shop Made Line Boring Mounts to use while line boring and bore welding the positions. We also do some welding to repair the pin spacers and have to freeze fit the main position bushings using liquid nitrogen!

- Sir Meccanica WS2 portable lineborer
- WIA 500i Weldmatic welder
- MetalMaster HPM -150T Hydraulic press
