The 2024 KIA EV9 is an all-new, all-electric 3-row midsize SUV that is expected to go on sale later in 2023. It will have a powerful and capable performance, with a choice of rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, and a dual-motor powertrain that can produce up to 379 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. It will also have a fast-charging capability, with an 800-volt DC fast charger that can charge the battery from 10% to 80% in just 24 minutes. The battery size will vary depending on the model, but the Long Range version will have a 99.8-kWh battery pack that can deliver an estimated 300 miles of range. The EV9 will also offer a spacious and luxurious interior, with seating for up to seven passengers, available power-operated 2nd-row executive captain’s seats, and available 1st- and 2nd-row relaxation seats that can recline and provide a power leg rest. The EV9 will also feature a digital cockpit with a large touchscreen display, a surround view monitor, a blind-spot view monitor, and over 20 standard advanced collision avoidance and driver assist features. The EV9 will also have an onboard power generator that can help you use your EV9 as a power source for other devices or appliances. The EV9 will also receive over-the-air system updates that can add new features and refresh existing ones.
The EV9 is expected to have a starting price of around $56,000 for the base model, but the official pricing has not been announced yet.
