Ingredients:
2lbs to 1kg of Skinless Catfish Fillets.
All-Purpose Flour
Vegatable Oil for Frying
Wet Ingredients for Egg Mixture:
2 Eggs.
1/2 Cup of Milk.
2 Tablespoons of Hot Sauce.
1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard.
The Juice of Half of a Fresh Lemon.
Catfish Fillet/Flour Seasoning:
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Paprika.
Catfish Fillet Marinating Time:
15-20 Minutes in your refrigerator.
Catfish Frying Time:
3 to 3 and a Half Minutes on each side using a Medium High Heat or until Golden Brown and Crispy on each side.
Allow your Catfish Fillets to cool on a Cooling Rack or using a Baking Pan and placing an Oven Rack over it to allow the Catfish Fillets to aerate and drain off properly then serve with any favorite sauces or sides.
