we wanted to move a video with all our favourite exercises we use for training for sup surfing and helping to make your next sup surf more efficient and more enjoyable.

if you have ever been out in the waves on a SUP you will know it a bit more of a workout than a normal paddle on flat water, with constant waves trying to throw you off and having to adapt and turn quickly to catch waves in many ways sup surfing can be more intense then SUP racing...

All of these top 20 sup exercises for balance and stability will help improve your function sup core strength and help develop the muscles and motor patterns needed to improve your balance in the surf whilst maximising stability to help with quick turns and wave transitions and movement up and down the board to keep it planning.
