A moment of anger can transform an innocent human into a criminal, for anger is a temporary insanity that unlocks all evil. In a continuation from yesterday's lecture, Sayed Mohammed Baqer Al-Qazwini discusses some of the many downside effects of anger such as the unfolding of bad past events, the negative health related consequences, and the exposure of the human's darkest side.

In an effort to tackle and address this issue, we are offered some tips and words of advice to better manage our rage issues, like building a habit of instant forgiving, taking a moment to evaluate the magnitude of the issue and ensuring that no judgement occurs before having full knowledge of the situation.

Verse of The Discussion:
“Who spend [in the cause of Allah ] during ease and hardship and who restrain anger and who pardon the people, and Allah loves the doers of good” - Surat Al-Imran, Verse 134
