We look at Wicked Issues - super complex issues that almost seem impossible to solve. By understanding the nature of these Wicked Issues, can we learn how to develop solutions to them that work? By looking inside as an individual and as a culture, how do we make the change? Alan's background in medicine and neuroscience paved the way to becoming recognised as an international expert on leadership and human performance. He has coached the GB Olympic team as well as Global CEO's and now devotes his work to helping leaders solve the most complex challenges through making wiser decisions to deliver a purposeful society.
