Tea and coffee training course gives a history of cultivation of tea and coffee, varieties with focus on Irish tastes in particular. The tea hands on element gives students the chance to make and taste a large range of herbal teas. The coffee element in involves the use of our barista coffee machines, coffee tasting and fancy coffee topping designs. This is followed by collective lunch in our Food courts
