This is my first wood turning project on the Shopsmith wood lathe. I got this tool for free a while ago and have it cleaned up and running now. Today I turned a mushroom from some scrap jack pine I had out in the yard.

I plan to start turning things on the lathe for sale this fall. The wood lathe is my favorite tool of the wood shop.
