Alison is one of our social workers in the Spinal Cord Injury Unit, at Musgrave Park Hospital. She works within a multi-disciplinary team, providing help and support for patients and their families. Part of her role is to provide emotional support as well as planning for the future. This could be looking at housing needs, helping access financial support and communicating with community social work teams to arrange care and support after discharge.
