On August 6, 2019 Jamie, formally known as Park Jimin, parted with JYP Entertainment. She would be a free agent until April 21, 2020 where by she signed a contract with Warner Music Korea. Jamie’s departure from JYP Entertainment marked not only the reclaiming of her name Jamie but also the transformation of her music itself. Jamie, with more control and freedom over her music, would be able to bring forth music that truly represented her style and tone. Since August 6, 2019 Jamie has released ELEVEN songs.

It has now been a full year since Jamie moved to rediscover herself and her music with her graduation from JYP Entertainment. And to celebrate I would like to share the music Jamie has released in the one year time period.

JYP Entertainment would support Jamie in the release of her Stay Beautiful music release [2 songs] on August 25, 2019 (even with the expiration of her contract). She would then release 2 OSTs and 7 collaborations/featuring with such artists as Bryn, Hash Swan, Sleeq, Yunhway, Justin OH, Cheetah, Yeeun, Jiwoo, Hyoyeon, Kang Daniel, and Simon Dominic.
