Fitness advice from a blacksmith - Part 1
As I write this, the whole of the UK, myself included, is back under a forced lockdown (for the 3rd time!). I have been struggling to find anything positive to say about the situation, but I did think of one thing. We are still currently allowed out once a day for exercise - so lets make it count!

Fitness videos presented by super fit people can be quite intimidating, or at least I found them so when I was trying to learn about the subject. So I've made some myself to explain the basics in a way more relevant to the rest of us.

Part 1 is an introduction and sets out to explain just a few fundamental points.
Part 2 will be a detailed look at running.
Part 3 will be all about strength training and how to go about it without going to a gym.
