► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 4 Circuits (2 exercises per circuit)
✔️ Timed Intervals (30 seconds work per exercise, 15 seconds rest)
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets
✔️ Perform 20 Snatches or Cleans Between Circuits For A Total of 100 Snatches
►Workout Outline:
🔥20 Dumbbell Snatches
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
1. Staggered Row + Clean + Front Squat
2. Lateral Squat + Front Raise
🔥20 Dumbbell Snatches
2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
1. Uneven Lunge Swing R/L
2. Plank + Alternating Knee Drives (MOD: Dumbbell Press Out + March)

3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
1. Sumo Kang Squat + Bicep Curl at Bottom
2. Curtsy Lunge + 45 Backwards Lunge

4️⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR:
1. 3 Skull Crushers + 3 Second Hollow Rock Hold
2. Suitcase Crunch (MOD: Deadbug)
