Here’s the deal and it’s all about knowing your rights. Once I or anyone else purchases the item or items it’s officially your property the receipt and bags included.
In this situation I DO NOT have to show a receipt which also became My property once money was exchanged. The only way they can legally ask you to show a receipt is if you signed a prior statement or form contract that allows them to do such when you become a member shopper. An example of this would be Sams Club or Costco.
Wal-Mart has no such membership required to sign any such contract so legally you don’t have to show them anything.
