Gravadlax, or gravlax, is a Swedish method of curing salmon. It's easy to do and is similar to smoked salmon but at a fraction of the cost. It can take a few days for your salmon to turn into gravlax, so plan ahead. Also in this video I show you how to make vol au vent cases and how to use your gravlax to make a delicious filling for them.
