ReadyLIFT Suspension's state-of-the-art headquarters is located in historic Ogden, Utah, just 45 minutes north of Salt Lake City. After years of explosive growth, ReadyLIFT consolidated our numerous operations in Nevada and California under one massive roof in the scenic foothills of the Wasatch Front. This 200,000 square foot facility houses our entire operational infrastructure – Research, Development & Engineering; Manufacturing; Assembly, Warehousing & Quality; Supply Chain & Logistics; and Customer Service are all now in the same, modern facility.

As part of the Wheel Pros/Hoonigan family with numerous brands now under our jurisdiction. ReadyLIFT will be managing operations for the following brands: ReadyLIFT Suspensions (lift kits), Zbroz Racing (UTV and snowmobile suspension and accessories), Gorilla Automotive Products (lug nuts and accessories.), and LOGIQ.

Research, Development & Engineering

WP Dynamics’ new facility expands our capability to bring new products to market faster and more efficiently than ever. We have more hoists, equipment, labs, and manpower. We have added advanced computer modeling, 3D printing, 3D scanning, and world-class engineers to the team. We also now have a dedicated engineering machine shop for faster prototyping. The focus of this effort is ultimately more product faster while ensuring superior quality, features, and reliability.

Manufacturing

With our new footprint, ReadyLIFT streamlined its material and operation flow to improve cycle times. We replaced dozens of mature machines with all-new equipment to improve quality and we added more machines to meet future demand. We upgraded our welding capability with additional experienced welders and tireless robots. We automated the powder-coat booth for more consistent, durable surface coatings. Whether billet 6061-T6 Aluminum or numerous grades of sheet or tubular steel, this facility is ready to cut, bend, shape, form, stamp, machine, weld, peen, rivet, or paint virtually every component in a ReadyLIFT kit.

Assembly, Kitting and Warehousing

ReadyLIFT is greatly expanding its ability to assemble, kit, warehouse, and ship to customer demand. We’ve more than doubled our racking and inventory to meet market demands. This effort is to ensure we have inventory on hand to meet all product demands promptly. We also upgraded our inventory management capability and automated our material handling in the warehouse to eliminate employee guesswork. Build-to-order kits will turn just as quickly thanks to our expanded component inventory staging and conveyor system. Our goal is to have virtually every SKU on hand for same day or next day shipping.

All-New Regional Sales Team

We are dedicated in helping the growth of our valued dealer network. To that end, we are excited to announce our all-new WP Dynamics Regional Sales Team. This team will be divided into regional territories to service you, our partner, with all new and existing products from the group.
