heat engine efficiency = 40%
mechanical energy = 0.40 X 4,193,310j = 1,677,324j
electric generator efficiency = 92%
electrical energy = 0.92 X 1,677,324j = 1,543,138.08j
E_out = 1,543,138j
E_out/E_in = 1,543,138j / 90,000j = 17.15
