Richard Susskind address/Q&A: “The Future of the Professions: How technology is changing the way professionals work and provide services”

Susskind addressed the ways in which advances in artificial intelligence, virtual reality, machine learning and collaboration tools in the Internet age are fundamentally altering the legal landscape and all professions. New commercial models of sharing expertise are replacing the traditional professional bargain. Serious ethical issues are being raised about who should control and manage this professional shift. Decisions being made today are forming the platform for a radically new professional environment.
