High pressure will finally clear away from southern Australia bringing in a southerly flow from WA to SA to Vic and even into NSW eventually.

Next week a low around Tasmania and Bass Strait will likely bring some much welcome rain to dry parts of the south east.

The cooler easterly flow carries on for eastern Australia but, of course, that heats up as it tracks westwards.
